Living safely in times of a changing climate: Europe and the world has seen a rise in natural disasters such as floods and wildfires caused by climate change. This in turn increases security risks such as scarce resources, weakened infrastructure and endangered lives. How can the EU and its Member States implement and change their long term strategies to prevent these risks and create a more resilient society?
