Managing the migrant crisis through solidarity, humanity and community: Europe has experienced a massive influx of migrants and refugees since 2015, fleeing their home countries for various reasons. However, once in Europe, they are faced with dire conditions, such as overcrowded detention centers, low job prospects and prejudice due to the current political climate. How can Member States ensure successful integration of an increasingly important part of the population through employment and education?
