Taking into account that the global temperature increased by 0.75 C over 2015 the humanity is deeply concerned about the environment. In December 2015, Paris hosted a UN Climate Change Conference, COP21 as a result parties concluded the Paris Agreement setting new goals to protect the environment globally. While 174 parties, including the EU, have agreed and signed the Paris Agreement, experts and civil society already point out the weakness of the agreement.
