Modern slavery – With over 20.000 victims of human trafficking registered in the EU between 2015 and 2016, 44% of which are EU citizens, what measures should European states take to combat intra-European human trafficking?


Adolescent mental health – According to the WHO, suicide is one of the leading causes of death among 10 to 19-year-olds in Europe. How can educational systems in Europe be adapted to improve the mental health of young people?


Born invisible – Statelessness prevents people from accessing civil, political, economic and social rights, effectively depriving them of a legal identity. With around 600.000 stateless people in Europe, how can European states safeguard the fundamental rights of stateless people and provide them with a legal identity?
