Together for better and worse: Dublin II Regulation was supposed to solve the issue of asylum seekers in the EU but with the recent high numbers of refugees seeking protection from the EU members, the burden is disproportionately distributed. What steps should the EU take to address to ensure all member states contribute equally whilst respecting the European convention on Human rights?
