Facts or fiction?: With a rise in a variety of opinions, views and topics, many of the new media do not often present factual information and tend to get opinionated to the extent of spreading fake news or intentionally manipulating the public’s opinions. How can the EU oversee or manage the widespread liability of some channels, whilst maintaining the right of sharing information?
