Free medical care for carefree citizens: The new medical reform in Ukraine in place is supposed to allow medical care to be more reachable by the citizens, whilst some critics despise it and call for better solutions. What could the EU do, having been using the free healthcare system in all its Member States, to easen Ukraine’s reform and process to help the state get one step closer to fully implementing this modern format?
