Inclusion is prevention: EU member states have recently been the target of terrorist attacks, orchestrated both by the so-called Islamic State and by far-right groups. As many of the terrorists had previously been radicalised in jail, how can the EU and its member states prevent jail radicalisation and foster reintegration within the society?
