Breaking the ice: Increasing global temperatures have eased the exploitation of strategic resources in the Arctic Region, with EU Member States among the claimants to the territories. How could the EU work together with the other countries in the region in order to promote fair exploitation of natural resources, while preserving biodiversity and the ecosystem?
