For the many, not the few: Income inequality is on the rise in Europe, with the average income of the top 10% of earners being 9.5 times that of the bottom 10%. Nowhere is this more prevalent than in the cities of Europe, where the greatest social and economic divide can be seen. What should be done to lessen the gap between rich and poor in an increasingly metropolitan Europe whilst maintaining financial stability?
