Freedom of choice: 67% of human trafficking in Europe takes place for the purpose of sex trade, and existing measures are often regarded as insufficient to tackle its causes. How should Member States approach the existing legislation on prostitution in order to better prevent human trafficking and protect the human rights of sex workers?
